- 1 cup Sour Cream or Greek Yogurt
- ⅓ cup Fresh Chives minced
- 1 clove Garlic small
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
- salt to taste
Mince the garlic finely.
Chop the chives into small pieces.
In a medium bowl, combine the sour cream, chives, garlic, and lemon juice.
Stir well until everything is evenly mixed.
Season with salt to taste.
Cover and chill at least 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld.
