This Fresh Herb Chive Dip is a creamy, tangy spring appetizer made with sour cream and fresh garden herbs. Quick to make and full of flavor, it’s perfect for dipping veggies, spreading on roasted potatoes, or adding to a spring snack board.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Sour Cream or Greek Yogurt
  • cup Fresh Chives minced
  • 1 clove Garlic small
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Mince the garlic finely.
  • Chop the chives into small pieces.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the sour cream, chives, garlic, and lemon juice.
  • Stir well until everything is evenly mixed.
  • Season with salt to taste.
  • Cover and chill at least 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld.
